Dr. Alexandra Werntz & Megyn Jasman co-presented with Kathryn Robinson from Step Up Women’s Network. The presentation discussed Flash Mentoring, an innovative approach to building social capital. The benefits of social capital for young women were covered, along with the process of building a flash mentoring model within a technology-enhanced mentoring setting. The group also discussed implementation challenges and strategizing/thought partnerships to further refine the model.
