Aish Lovett
Aish is an incoming doctoral student in clinical psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. They earned their bachelor’s degree in neurobiology from Harvard in 2020. After college, Aish worked as a research coordinator in infectious disease and HIV prevention research. Subsequently, they served as a research assistant on teams investigating transdiagnostic sleep interventions and prison mental health. Aish is enthusiastic about joining the CEBM team to explore mechanisms of effective paraprofessional support. They are particularly interested in examining training infrastructures and how paraprofessionals can best support individuals receiving mental health interventions. Additionally, Aish is interested in studying the impact of mentoring designed to promote social connection and upward mobility.
